“Bug” loves to look at books and to be read to, so I’m always on the lookout for new and unique books that will hold his interest and teach him important life lessons in a fun, creative way! I was recently looking for sponsors for my Bringing Home Puppy Blog event and I came acroos Faux Paw Productions and Debbie offered to send us her collection of books for “Bug” to review!
Our Thoughts:
We were sent a set of books, finger puppets and 2 hand puppets (shown above) to review and “Bug” could not have been anymore excited when they arrived at our door! We immediately opened the box only to discover that the books are way more magical in person then they appear online!
It didn’t take no time to get the finger puppets ready to play along with the books and “Bug” had such a blast matching the finger puppet up to the book they belonged to and we spent hours looking at the books and playing with the puppets!
My favorite thing about these books is that each one has a lesson to learn from being a responsible pet owner to what can happen and the consequences of not following the rules that your parents give you! I also love the illustrations in these books each one is so unique and has wonderful eye catching colors that keep “Bug” discovering more each time we read them together!
My husband and I love to use the two hand puppets that we received when telling the stores of Gronk and Purrlonia to “Bug” and he loves them as well and the fact that they each make a special noise when pushing their hand is a added bonus and “Bug” loves them!
Bottom Line:
We love our set of books from Faux Paw Media Group and can’t wait to see more available to purchase to add to our already impressive set! We read these book almost daily and before bedtime and they are so easy to read and they are a quick read that makes keeping “Bug’s” attention so that he doesn’t get board by these books and like I mentioned earlier the colors and illustrations are absolutely gorgeous!
I recommend these to every parent everywhere, I am very confident in saying that your children are going to love these books and I feel like this set is a definite must have for any daycare or school to help teach the children important lessons they need to know in order to grow and develop!
I also feel that any child would be so excited and happy to receive any of these books as a gift for any special occasion and I think they are perfect for all ages! I’m 24 and I have enjoyed reading these books just as much as “Bug” has enjoyed listening to them!
