Coffee Cup Creations Review and Giveaway

Do you just ever have a hankering for some of Grandma’s homemade Potato Soup but you don’t really have the time to whip up a batch real quick or how about a craving for Pumpkin Bread and have the same problem? Yeah, me too! Well I’ve recently discovered a small company called Coffee Cup Creations that are perfect for those cravings and lack of time and make a very unique gift for any ocassion.

My Thoughts:


I was thrilled to have the opportunity to review one of Coffee Cup Creations cups with a mix of my choice and I decided to try the Black Flower Soup Mug with the Creamy Potato Bacon Soup.

I was very excited to try this because I love Creamy Potato Bacon Soup because my Grandma used to make it all the time when we were youngins’ so as soon as it arrived I decided to fix it for a quick lunch the next day. The soup mug and the soup mix arrived in excellent shape and was packaged very securely and shipping was wonderfully fast!

So onto the preparation of the soup mix, let me just start off by saying that it is super easy to make that anyone can do it!

This is what came in the soup mug:

Once I opened the package of soup mix it smelled so wonderful that I was more than ready to dig in once it was ready.

It’s super easy to mix all you do is empty the soup mix into the soup mug and add 1 ¼ cups of water and mix it together really good!

Then just cover with vented plastic wrap and cook in the microwave on high for 3 minuets and stir it up well before serving.

This soup smelled so yummy cooking that I was foaming at the bits to get the first bite but I will admit that the microwave heated it up really hot so it took a few minuets to cool but it was well worth the wait once I got that first bite!

The soup is so creamy and delicious that “Bug” even helped me enjoy it. Also the one small soup mix that came with the mug was more than enough to fill me up with some left over. This soup also really reminded me of my Grandma’s Potato and Bacon soup although it wasn’t exactly the same it was really close and would make a quick lunch anytime.

Bottom Line:

I am super thrilled with the soup mug and soup mix! I really would recommend these to anyone as a gift for any occasion! I think with my sister going off to Collage this fall some of these soup mixes and desert mixes and a couple of cups and mugs would be perfect for her to cook without really having to cook. The value of these mugs and cups are super reasonable and very much well worth the money! I’m thinking that the Chocolate Chip Cake in a cup would make a wonderful Birthday, Mother’s Day, or Father’s Day gift as the cake if not a lot of people will be sharing it!

I am defiantly going to be buying the Creamy Potato Soup Mix quite often and I’m just itching to try the Pumpkin Bread this fall. I also think that these soups would be perfect on a chilly fall day to warm you right up!
