Umi Children’s Shoes Review and Giveaway (Christmas Wish List 2010)

One of the things I try to include in our Christmas gifts every year to my little “Bug” is a new pair of shoes and usually they are boots or tennis type shoes since the weather is so cold and really just wet and yucky here in Arkansas during the winter between Christmas and March. So while searching for the perfect pair of shoes to put under the tree this year I ran across Umi Children’s Shoes and immediately fell in love with their adorable collection of shoes for both boys and girls, so of course when the agreed to let me do a review and giveaway for them I was beyond ecstatic! Now came the hard part to decide what pair of shoes to choose for “Bug”.

Our Thoughts:

We were sent a pair of Umi Borneo in Chocolate size 26 for “Bug” to review and I must say that “Bug” was extremely excited when these shoes arrived at our door. Unlike some of the other kids I know he really enjoys getting clothing and shoes and it really seems like he sometimes prefers them over toys, so these shoes was a real treat for me and him both!! Just between me and you I’m a shoe nut especially when it comes to my little “Bug” between me and him we have way to many shoes if that’s possible!

He had to immediately try the shoes on and they fit him perfectly with just the right amount of grow room! These shoes must be really comfortable because these are the shoes he wants to wear daily and the ones he chose to wear on Halloween when we would be doing a lot of walking and he seems to really love them and to me they look super comfortable and seem to keep his feet pretty dry! I love that they are super easy to clean when he gets them a little dirty I just use a damp rag and wipe them down and they are like new!

I’m also loving the style of these shoes I think they are just adorable and the colors are perfect for “Bug” and match everything in his closet so they are perfect for any occasion! As I mentioned he has wore these shoes several times and they are holding up wonderfully to the wear and tear to a very active toddler so the quality of these shoes are wonderful! I am so impressed with these shoes I’m defiantly going to be turning to Umi Children’s Shoes for all of “Bug’s” footwear needs!


Bottom Line:

Both “Bug” and I love the shoes we were sent to review and they have been quite popular with the family, friends and even others we meet out in town! I love that “Bug” has a pair of unique shoes that not every little boy in town has and the quality is amazing!
