Woolite Dry Cleaner’s Secret and ProWash Activewear Detergent Review and Giveaway

The one thing that seems to stay a constant daily household chore around here is our laundry and to be quite honest with you it’s one of the duties that I hate the most, it seems like that I can spend all day washing and have everything done up and then within a day it’s piled right back up and you know who the culprit is??? My husband…and I hate doing his greasy work cloths so I’m always looking for laundry products to make his laundry easier and get them clean and smelling fresher with less work so when I was given the opportunity to review a pouch of ProWash Activewear detergent I couldn’t pass it up nor could I pass up the Woolite Dry Cleaner’s Secret sample!

Our Thoughts:

I was sent a box of Woolite Dry Cleaner’s Secret and a pouch of ProWash Activewear Detergent to review and I have to say I know this is probably not a good thing but I never take any of my clothing even when they are dry clean only to the dry cleaners I do it at home myself to help save money so I was pretty excited to try the Woolite Dry Cleaner’s Secret on some of my favorite dry clean only shirts! Now the ProWash Detergent was for my husband and his work cloths so I couldn’t wait to try it out on them.

The first product we decided to use was the ProWash Activewear Detergent the day after it arrived on my husbands work clothing now mind you he is a tire man so his work clothing is covered in grease and road grime so they tend to be very stinky and nasty so I try everything to get them to come somewhat clean so I had really high hopes for the ProWash and to my surprise his work clothing came out of the wash/dry process smelling well clean!! That hasn’t happened since I started washing his work clothing at home it’s a miracle! I just use one scoop of ProWash with my traditional detergent and they come out so fresh and clean, we could not be happier with the results we have gotten using the ProWash on his work uniforms!!

Next, I decided to use the Woolite Dry Cleaner’s Secret on a couple of my favorite dry clean only shirt, one of which I had worn to a family event so it was in need of cleaning and much to my surprise using the Woolite Dry Cleaner’s Secret was super easy and took hardly no time at all!!! All I had to do was spot clean and toss into the dryer and my shirts came out clean and smelling fresh! I never thought dry clean at home was so easy, I will never go back to washing my dry clean only clothing in my washer ever again! I can now wash my bedding at home and spend a whole lot less on dry cleaning and keep them looking great all the time!!!

Bottom Line:

We could not be happier with the results we have gotten from both the ProWash Activewear Detergent and the Woolite Dry Cleaner’s Secret! I just have to thank the company for sending us samples so we can experience a whole new way of cleaning Chad’s work clothing and cleaning my dry clean only…it’s really changed the way I look at doing my laundry and that’s a positive!! I no longer put off the hubby’s work clothing as long as I can I know do it almost daily.

  52. Interesting that dry cleaning is not really dry at all, it just uses chemical solvents instead of water based cleaners. If you want a truly good cleaner you should have a look at mesa dry cleaners
