Flames & Wicks Candle Company Review and Giveaway (Valentine’s Day Gift Guide)
Are you like me and love to change the smell of your home with the changing seasons and holidays? If so have I got a wonderful review and giveaway lined up for you tonight! I know when my sweetie asks me what I want for Valentine’s Day I usually respond with a nice home cooked meal and some us time, but of course he also always gets me a little something extra and he knows my love of candles and smell good stuff so it’s generally a new candle/tart warmer or liquid potpourri to help set the mood of our home. So of course when I was given the opportunity to review the new Valentine’s Day scent from Flames & Wicks Candle Company, I just could not pass it up!

Our Thoughts:
We was sent a very stylish dark blue tart/liquid potpourri warmer, a bottle of the new Valentine’s Day liquid potpourri in Cupid’s Arrow, a small jar candle in Cupid‘s Arrow, as well as a couple of tarts in Blueberry Cobbler and Lemon Chiffon! When the box arrived at my door you could smell the amazing aromas coming from inside the package and my little man and I couldn’t wait to dig in and see what goodies awaited us inside this amazing smelling package, even my mail lady commented on how yummy this package smelt!! We were defiantly not disappointed when we finally got into the package at the wonderful variety of products we had received, and I immediately took out the warmer and set it up in our kitchen with the Cupid’s Arrow liquid potpourri, and burnt the jar candle in the same scent in the living room area!
Now, just between me and you when I’m out shopping for home fragrances myself I generally tend to go with cinnamon scented candles/oils/potpourri and sprays, and the Cupid’s Arrow scent is a cinnamon scent but it’s unlike any other cinnamon scented fragrance I have ever tried before the best way I can explain it is like the little red hot candies you get around Valentine’s Day and I can tell you I absolutely love it. Chad, my dear hubby, generally gripes about my use of cinnamon fragrances in our home because he says they are too strong, but he loves the Cupid’s Arrow fragrance! We have set down and discussed this and we think that it is by far the best cinnamon scent available in home fragrance and isn’t so strong, but leaves a very light cinnamon fragrance that travels very nicely throughout our entire house. Since receiving the liquid potpourri just a week ago, we have already used the entire bottle and burnt the candle down to basically nothing, I went out and got a couple more plug in warmers and put one in each room in our home, we are quite sad about being out of this fragrance but the good new is we can get more at Flames and Wicks for only $4.00 a bottle and I’m just about to order a couple more bottles so I can keep my home smelling extremely wonderful! Even “Bug” comes in the house and says “mmmmm…it smells so good in here mommy!!!”
Ok, I got my obsession over Cupid’s Arrow done I have to move on and tell you about the other two wonderful items we got to review as well…the Blueberry Cobbler and Lemon Chiffon tarts. Both of these fragrances smell amazing inside the packages so naturally I couldn’t wait to try them out, I did have a hard time switching the Cupid’s Arrow fragrance out of my burners but I’m extremely happy I decided to go ahead and give these tarts a try, I used the Blueberry Cobbler tarts in the living room/kitchen area since its one open area and this fragrance really makes you crave a plate of Grandma’s hot Blueberry Cobbler and my husband thought I was actually fixing one for dinner the first night I had them on the warmers when he came home from work, and he was more than a little disappointed, but he loved the way the house smelt! I decided to use the Lemon Chiffon tarts in our bedroom and master bathroom and this scent is also a very heavenly scent that will make your mouth water for a sweet treat! Isn’t it just wonderful when you can burn a scent and it really touches your sweet tooth and makes your home smell like you have slaved over the hot stove all day baking goodies…when in fact it’s just a home fragrance??? I LOVE IT!!
Bottom Line:
We have all truly enjoyed having the products from Flames & Wicks Candle Company in our home for the last week or so and I can tell you whole heartedly that I will be placing more orders with them in the very, very near future….like within the next day or so! I have used many candles and home fragrance products from many different companies over the past few years to try to find the perfect scent for my home and I think my entire family can agree that the Cupid’s Arrow fragrance from Flames & Wicks Candle Company was made just for our home!! I can’t tell you how much we love this scent and you just have to smell it to know how amazingly wonderful it smells, if you love cinnamon you will become addicted…I know I did!
If you are looking for wonderful smelling goodies to fill you home with a welcoming and sometimes mouthwatering fragrance I am going to point you directly to the products from Flames & Wicks Candle Company….trust me you will not be sorry, the prices are very affordable and just between me and you, Flames & Wicks products smell so much better as well as leaves a longer lasting scent in the air than those rather expensive home fragrance products that claim to last for hours, that really don’t!
