Fire Wire Grilling Skewers Review and Giveaway

My husband and I love to grill out and one of our most favorite thing to cook on the grill are various kabobs! We have spent so much time and money looking for the perfect skewers that not only work well and are easy to remove the kabobs from but skewers that we can also reuse over and over. So when I was surfing around for grilling skewers I had came across Fire Wire Skewer Marinating Kit and I knew that this was a product my husband would love to review and was thrilled when they offered us a set to review and a set to giveaway!

About Fire Wire (Taken From Website):

Fire Wire® Flexible Grilling Skewer is an ingenious cable-style grilling skewer that makes grilling easier than ever before. Made of 100% food grade stainless steel, Fire Wire® offers flexibility like no other skewer on the market. Fire Wire® is twice as long as a traditional skewer and comes with a lifetime guarantee. With Fire Wire® you do not have to touch the food twice; simply marinate in a bag on Fire Wire® and place the food on your grill.

Our Thoughts:
We were sent a set of the Fire Wire Skewer kit to review and I think my husband was like a kid in a candy store when these skewers arrived! The first thing he did was say I’m headed to the grocery store to try these babies out tonight! Within a few minuets he was back with all the ingredients to make his famous shrimp and state kabobs, so we set out to test the Fire Wire Grilling Skewers!

First off just let me say I love these flexible grilling skewers, the fact that they are flexible makes putting the veggies and meats on them so much easier and we can cook more on each of the skewers than if we just had a simple straight skewer!

What I love most about the Fire Wire is that you can cook more than just the kabobs on the grill at the same time because the flexibility of the skewers allow you to wrap them around the other foods that are cooking on the grill.

I like that we can also marinate out kabobs and veggies after we get them strung up on the Fire Wire that to me seems like it cuts down on at least one step and it’s great to just pull the kabobs out of the marinade and slap them on the grill without having to thread them first!

I’m also loving the ease of cleaning when using the Fire Wire all we have to do when it’s time to clean up is just place them on the top rack of the dishwasher and your done they come clean so easy without having to hand wash or scrub….it couldn’t be easier!

Bottom Line:
We really love the concept of the Fire Wire Grilling Skewers, the flexible design really makes it easier marinate the kabobs all together at once and they fit so much better around other foods being grilled at the same time. The only change we could make is make the point on the Fire Wire a bit thinner and a bit sharper but other than that we love our Fire Wire Grilling Skewers!
