So I’m trying to spend more of my time working out, eating right and shedding some pounds so I’m always on the lookout for new exciting workouts and diet plans that work and are interesting, that don’t cause me to become board and to just give up. So when I stumbled upon The Montenegro Method I immediately wanted to try this workout because not only did it say 21 Minutes To a long, lean, athletic boy, 21 days to a healthier life but it looked like a workout that would keep me interested and involved, so when I found out that I was going to be able to do a review and giveaway on The Montenegro Method Training DVD System I was beyond excited!

I got started the very next day with the workouts and I’ve been doing them now for a few weeks and I have to say that I am completely impressed with the results, though after the first workout with the endurance DVD I didn’t think I was going to make it through the day I was very sore and it hurt to sit, stand and lye down but I kept up working with the DVD and within a few days it was nothing to get through the DVD and the results are amazing! In addition to using these DVD’s daily or every other day I have been eating a more strict diet and I’ve began to see some results like a loss of oh say around 7 lbs so I’m thrilled and will be using these DVD’s for quite some time!
Not only are these DVD’s challenging but Marta is a wonderful coach and really encourages you to keep up the good work and she really lets you know what body parts you are working on during each of the workouts and she really explains how to do each pose and move perfectly and unlike other DVD’s I’ve tried in the past I feel that she is really there for you not just to be on TV, I feel she really wants to help ME get into shape and to do the moves and workouts right!
Not only do these DVD’s really challenge you, they also products results quickly…not going to say easy because when you first start it really tested my will power and strength but I’m so happy I continued on with the system and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
