Jamberry Nail Shields Review and Giveaway

As many of you super busy mom’s out there knows, getting to the nail salon for that summer pedicure and manicure can be kind of a pain and sometimes completely out of the question right? Well I’m one of those divas that just have to have a mani and pedi to feel great and during the summer they are a must to keep me feeling sunny and ready to go out and enjoy the sunshine, but I don’t always have the extra cash or time to get to the nail salon to get a “professional” nail job, so I’m always on the lookout for new and fun nail products to try and make my nails look fabulous without the money or time involved. Recently I was introduced to Jamberry Nail Shields and I was immediately attracted to their beautiful nail shields that would make my nails super cute and do so super fast and in the comfort of my own home, so of course when I was given the opportunity to choose a sheet of nail shields to review I was thrilled but I had a hard time making my decision!

About Jamberry Nail Shields (taken from website):

My Thoughts:

I was given the opportunity to choose a sheet of nail shields to review and I will admit right now that choosing only one design was extremely difficult but I finally decided on the white skulls on black design (seen above)! My shields arrived very quickly and I couldn’t wait to get started! Best of all a sheet of these nail shields cost about half of what you would spend in a nail salon for the same nails….or nails that don’t look near as cute or stylish! I will post picture tonight of the before and after since I forgot to bring my USB cord to upload the photos.

To apply the Jamberry Nail Shields is super simple and only took about 15minuets to completely finish all 10 fingers. Now my fingernails are pretty short so with one sheet I was able to do all ten fingers and toes with some left over! To apply simply clean your natural nails with alcohol or fingernail polish remover, match up the fit of the nail shield to your natural nail, apply medium heat from a blow dryer for around 10-15 seconds just to get the shield to bend and flex and apply to your natural nail, cut the access off with scissors and file the smaller pieces to sculpt around the nail and your done! I honestly couldn’t believe how easy these were to apply and they stayed on until I decided to remove them, around a week and a half. I applied a coat of clear nail polish to make sure they secured well. Removal was super easy all I did was apply some fingernail polish remover to the clear coat and peeled the nail shields off and they left my nails looking great with no damage at all!

I got so many compliments about my toes and nails that it was totally unreal! I usually get compliments on my nails and such when I go to the salon but this time my nails were so unique and different that everyone was super impressed! I have recommended Jamberry so many times over the last few months and I’m planning on ordering more of these nail shields in the next few weeks, I just have to decide what design I need this time. I’m telling ya, there are so many adorable designs that it is super hard to choose just one.

Bottom Line:

I am totally in love with Jamberry Nail Shields, they have designs for every season and well just for everyday wear. I’m thinking these would make a wonderful addition to any wardrobe for holiday parties, summer bbq’s and weddings! If you have never tried a nail shield and even if you have I totally recommend making your nails and toes beach ready with Jamberry Nail Shields, I know your going to find a design that matches your personality and personal style!
