So, I’m sure most of my loyal readers know that I am most defiantly a chocoholic and love any types of chocolates I can get my hands on! I have to be very careful though when I have chocolates and candies lying around when my father-in-law comes to visit because he is very allergic to nuts, peanuts to be exact, so when I get chocolates to keep on display for guest I have to make sure he can eat them as well. In all honesty it’s rather hard to find chocolates that are completely nut free and made in a nut free facility so when I discovered Vermont Nut Free Chocolates and was given the opportunity to review some of their products I was quite excited!

Our Thoughts:

I was sent several samples of Valentine’s Day chocolates from Vermont Nut Free Chocolates to review and I was quite excited when they arrived at my door! The chocolates were packed very well and were not damaged at all during shipping, very important if you ask me!!! I’m not the only chocoholic at our house, “Bug” is also a huge chocolate lover so it was quite a task for my husband and I to even get a quick taste of the chocolates we were sent.

The first of the samples that I decided to try was the Valentines Mini Hearts and not only are these little hearts very pleasing to the eye and looks wonderful in your candy bowl they are delicious! I got to try the milk, dark and crispy chocolates and I have to say they are some of the best chocolate hearts I’ve ever tasted!

We were also sent one of the Heart wit Bear Pop to review and “Bug” claimed this one right out of the box! This pop is really adorable and I think it would make a wonderful addition to any type of small gift basket you may be putting together for someone special! This pop must have also tasted pretty good because “Bug” had it gone in no time!!! I even snuck me a little bite and again the chocolate made by Vermont Nut Free Chocolates is some of the best chocolate ever, and another thing I love about the chocolate pops is that the milk chocolate melts in your mouth so creamy!!

My husband claimed the Cupid Heart for himself and it was all I could do to make him give me a small nibble, he loved it and he isn’t a chocolate lover like “Bug” and I so that really spoke volumes about the chocolates!

Bottom Line:

All three of us enjoyed the chocolate samples we were sent and I can say that we all agree it’s some of the best chocolate we have ever eaten and best of all I can purchase them for my father-in-law who loves chocolates but don’t get to eat it much due to his nut allergies! Their website is super easy to navigate and I can tell you they have something that will make everyone’s mouth water!
