Boy what did I get into?

Well today is the day I have decided that it is time to start potty training my son. The only problem is I have no idea since I am a first time mom at how to go about starting this tedious task! I guess it is time for me to check out some books and see what kind of program I can come up with. I would love to hear if you have any suggestions.
